We are in China!

After a lllooonnngggg flight we landed in Shanghai! We flew Asiana Air. Asiana Air was voted the Best Airline in 2009 and we have to agree! There were about 15 flight attendants taking care of our every need! We were served 3 meals and a sandwich! The last meal we had to turn down as we were stuffed! After landing in Seoul and de-planing we had to fill out a short Health Questionnaire and had our temperature taken. Thank goodness we passed the "test" Flying over the Yellow Sea was a bit turbulent and I had a little bit of motion sickness and got quite hot. We had a several hour layover in Seoul. The Seoul airport was beautiful! It was more like a mall than an airport. We spent most of our layover looking in shops. It dawned on us that it was about 3:00am our time so we decided to find a quiet spot to rest. We found a small chapel! We then flew in to Shanghai and again had to fill out the Health Questionnaire and had our temperature taken. We were fortunate the airport was empty and the staff waved us through Customs without any questions or checking of our bags. By the time we arrived at our hotel, we had been up 27 hours! We stayed at the Ramada Airport hotel. The rooms were nice and roomy, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We are getting ready to check out and fly to Nanchang!
